Rick Thiemke is the President of Missional Training Center and the Lead Pastor of Via Church in Mesa. Rick is married to Susan and they have 2 adult children.

Dave Beldman is Professor of Old Testament and Academic Administrator at MTC. He also serves as a scholar in residence for the Surge Network. He is married to Elsie and they have four children.

Lorie servers as the Director of Operations for MTC and Finance Controller for MTC. She and her husband, Jarrod, are Arizona natives and have 3 children.
